A member of the bellflower family, this twining vine is prized in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Hardy to Zone 5, it produces pale green flowers with purple veining. A unique addition to any garden.

Growing conditions: Likes full sun to part shade. Requires a trellis or other support to climb.

Sowing instructions: Direct sow outside in late fall or early spring. Press seeds into damp soil and do not cover, plant 12-24” apart.If starting inside seeds will need to be cold-stratified for 30 days and then surface sown 6 weeks before last frost.
