Working for Cape Ann Gardens was an enriching and formative experience. It was a refreshing and grounding work experience where you’ll establish a deeper understanding of gardening that’ll leave you better off.

2022 Fine Gardener

I worked with Cape Ann Gardens at a time in my life when I needed a change. Sophia was supportive and flexible. She understood what I needed as a parent and as someone who’s tended my own garden for decades. She provided the tools I needed and set me up for success at every turn.

2021 Fine Gardener

I worked with Sophia the first season she was operating as a business. She was kind, supportive, and clear with her instructions. I’m impressed how she’s built her clientele, selecting only the properties and jobs that align with the company’s mission and her values. She’s bootstrapping the whole thing from the ground up, and I’ve been really inspired by the part that I played in the business’s growth.
